The Ficus family is a genus of tropical trees and shrubs native to subtropical climates along the equator! These beautiful plants love consistency and don’t like to be overwatered. Since these plants grow into giant trees, they need lots of sun. These plants are incredibly easy if you have the right conditions!
LIGHT: Ficus trees need all of the sun, so bright direct or indirect light is best. Perfect for a South or West window. Not suitable for low light.
WATER Likes to dry out in-between waterings. Water once every 10-14 days, or when completely dry. Forgiving if you miss a watering.
GOOD TO KNOW Prefers temperature above 18 C. Do not place near heat or air conditioning vents or drafty windows/doors. Prefers high humidity.
