Watering:

Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Palms do not like to sit in soggy soil, which can lead to root rot.
Allow the top inch or so of the soil to dry out before watering again.
Using distilled water or rainwater can be beneficial, as many palms are sensitive to the salts, chlorine, and fluoride found in tap water. This can cause brown tips on the fronds, a common issue known as “tipping.”

Soil:

Use a well-draining, loose, and aerated potting mix.
A mix specifically designed for palms or a blend of potting soil with added perlite or horticultural sand will work well. The goal is to retain moisture without becoming compacted or waterlogged.

Temperature:

These are tropical plants and prefer warm temperatures, typically in the range of 18-26°C (65-79°F).
They are sensitive to cold and should be protected from temperatures below 15°C (59°F), as well as from cold drafts from windows or air conditioning vents.

Fertilizer:

During the active growing season (spring and summer), you can feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer formulated for indoor plants or specifically for palms.
Use the fertilizer at half the recommended strength to avoid over-fertilizing. Reduce or stop feeding in the fall and winter when the plant’s growth slows down.

Important Note Palm Borneo Sp : It’s crucial to identify the specific species of “Palm Borneo Sp.” you have, as some, like the Licuala palms, are dwarf palms that make great indoor plants, while others, like the Oncosperma tigillarium (Borneo palm), can grow to be very large trees and are not suitable for indoor cultivation.
