Important Conditions & Supplier Guidelines

1. Proper Packing Is a Must

Since plants travel long distances during courier transit, you must have experience with secure plant packing. This includes:

• Proper cushioning
• Moisture control
• Protection for leaves and roots
• Strong outer packing

Good packing reduces transit stress and keeps the plant safe until it reaches us.

2. No Refunds for Transit Loss – Only Replacement

We understand the effort you put into preparing and sending plants. Therefore, if a plant dies during transit (despite good packing), we will not ask you for a refund. Instead, you can simply add a replacement plant in your next shipment. This ensures fairness and trust between both sides.

3. Honesty & Transparency

Please do not mislead us by:

• Sharing images of one plant and sending another
• Sending inferior or unhealthy plants after payment
• Replacing rare varieties with common ones

Such actions break trust and will result in discontinuation of all future business deals. We maintain a strict quality and honesty policy to protect both our customers and our supplier network.

4. Sensitive Plant Handling

If a plant is sensitive, delicate, or prone to shock, send it with the pot properly packed. For hardy and stable plants, bare-root shipping is also completely fine. Our team will transplant the plant upon arrival.

Before sending plants, please confirm whether courier service is available for our pincode. Our preferred courier services are:
