Most of the plants have free shipping; some plants that are selling for offer prices are not eligible for free shipping. In that case, there is a free shipping offer on orders above Rs. 2999. Free Shipping Eligibility:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on eligible orders shipped through our trusted and reputed partner courier services:

To qualify for free shipping, your order must be shipped to an address within India and be eligible based on any specific promotional terms or minimum order value that may be in effect at the time of purchase (these will be clearly communicated on our website during checkout).

Shipping via Preferred Courier (Buyer Pays):

We understand that you may have a preference for a specific courier service other than our partnered companies. Upon your request, we can arrange shipping through other available courier services.

Please note: If you choose to have your order shipped via a courier service other than DTDC, Delhivery, or Speed Post, you will be responsible for bearing the full shipping charges levied by your chosen shipping provider.

Shipping Process:

• Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-2 business days.
• For free shipping orders, we will select the most suitable partner courier (DTDC, Delhivery, or Speed Post) based on factors such as delivery location and service availability to ensure efficient delivery.
• If you have requested shipping via a specific courier (other than our partners), we will contact you after order placement to confirm the shipping charges and obtain your consent before dispatching your order.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective courier’s website.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and other external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, logistical issues, holidays).

• For shipments via our partnered couriers (DTDC, Delhivery, Speed Post): You can typically expect delivery within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that Speed Post delivery times may vary based on postal service efficiency in different regions.
• For shipments via other preferred couriers: The delivery timeframe will be as per the chosen courier’s policies and service standards. We will provide you with the estimated delivery time quoted by the selected courier, but we cannot guarantee it.

Shipping Charges for Preferred Couriers:

The shipping charges for using a courier service other than our partnered options will be calculated based on factors such as:

• The weight and dimensions of your package.
• The destination address.
• The rates and policies of the chosen courier service.

We will communicate the exact shipping charges to you for your approval before processing and shipping your order through your preferred courier.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Will Jiffy plants ship internationally? No

No, Currently, we are doing business inside India only. Some documents, like a phytosanitary certificate, an IEC, etc., are required to start shipping internationally. We are on our way to getting those certificates. If everything is ready, then I will let you know.

Can a foreign customer order inside India and bring it to another country? Yes

Yes. If you are in India and going to another country, you can order to any Indian address, and we will deliver your plants carefully. You can mention which type of packing you require. Normally, we send all plants in a pot, but soil is restricted on a flight. In this situation, as per your request, we can send plants to your Indian address by packing them with spagum moss.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 2-6 working days from the date when the order is placed. You can track your order by clicking here.

Can you return plants? No.

Jiffyplants does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

Can you return non-plant products? Yes.

If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state.

We take great care selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant life. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

What if you are not happy with the product? You can Self Return

If you dislike the product received, you can follow below steps to send the product to us:

• What if you are not happy with the non -product? You can Self Return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date
• We will send a replacement or initiate refund for the products to your source account once we receive the product
