We believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the our team has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within 3 hrs of receipt of the products.If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we’ll cancel it straight away. However, once its dispatched, its yours to keep.We are not providing order cancellation option after dispatch
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Please expect minor blemishes when leaf damage to your plants as plants get a shock when they are in a box for a few days.Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs. If your plant arrives in a dead/damaged or near dead condition or in any discrepancy please send us your Order ID and a picture of the plant/planter with the packaging box to [email protected] / Whatsapp no:+91-9744707368 within 24 hours of receipt.
The possibility of damage to the plant and a shipping risk that must be accepted by the buyer.If the plant sent is damaged or rotten, a plant replacement will be carried out and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We’ll send you a replacement ! Please note that if the plants have been repotted we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.
Please note – We don’t accept returns. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase we can only send you a replacement, after verification of the images of the damaged product images on the first contact.
